a.k.a. lingonberry, cowberry, foxberry, mountain cranberry, lowbush cranberry, and partridgeberry, on the South Peak of Mt Moosilauke. Edible - the taste is similar to blueberry, but the fruit is not as tender. 3 August 2007.
