The Tushars are a beautiful little range, Marc. If you go to Colorado's San Juans, however, you'll see peaks a lot like this in all directions. These old volcanic ranges have incredible color.

I love Scott's page on

Mount Belknap, but he fails to explain the
interesting geology for said mountain.

Are these peaks perhaps volcanic in origin???
