Re: SoI parked in Rocky Canyon and followed the Three Bears trail to the junction with Curlew and then just followed the ridge. It was great once I got up there. It had been way to long since I saw the sun!

Re: Three Bears TrailExactly. If you look on the RtR map (you can see it online), it's trail 26. Curlew is trail 6. There are a couple of obvious trailheads and they pretty much all head up. I parked at the upper trailhead, which is maybe three miles after the end of the pavement.
