Is it an anticline or a monocline? If it is an anticline only one shoulder is portrayed. It is a neat photo though. Forgive me for giving you a hard time.

Jon-You are right in saying the anticline is only seen here by half. I forget what a good example of a monocline would be, but I know I've been there. Capitol Reef, perhaps? Go ahead and give me a hard time. I'm used to it. Life is lonely up here in my ivory tower!

It is indeed a anticline. Couldn't get the whole picture of it.

A good example of a monocline is when you drive from Kanab to the North Rim of the Grand Canyon. I assume you have been there?
