Where is Lower Bells ?Is that up Big Cottonwood Canyon?

Re: Where is Lower Bells ?It is in Bells Canyon...lookers right of Little Cottonwood.
The last winter like this was in 1972! I want to backcountry ski so bad, but there is still not enough snow. With only 28 inches on the ground, its gonna be awhile.
