Lower Slovak shelter
This is the second highest (1546m) of the shelters sitting by the interpretive trail Slaná voda – Babia Hora (yellow marks). From here it is about half an hour's walk up to the summit. The shelter is pretty spacious but its floor is of rough stones. When I was here (October 2017), there was a ladder inside and a makeshift attic which could sleep one person. Outside the shelter is a spring.
