Luna Lake

Although this pic taken on 7-21-10, good weather here allows you to see most of the route from Luna Col, down to Luna Lake, into basin by Lousy Lake, accrss the basin talus then up to Challenger Arm via the Heather Ledges. From Luna Col where this pic is from descend left out of picture, pass Luna Lake and continue down. You should find the most interesting large flat area then climb to Challenger Arm. We did one of the snow fingers then right and up toward Challenger Arm. We did that on 7-22-10 being harassed by colder, rainy, cloudy weather. Better weather was to come by Friday. Thank goodness.
