...I have these stages of progressive happiness throughout a climb...
-while on a climb, getting to top would make me happy
-while on top, a safe/painless descent would make me happy
-at base, easy hike out and sitting in a car seems like it would hit the spot
-then beer/dinner desires
-...etc etc heheheh :)
...I guess this was "stage 2" happiness

Re: Nooooooooooo!Chief, thank you very much!! Hiking out was a total mistake - got there in early evening & figured we'd just start the mindless walk down to Camp4....not quite - bad mosquitos...shouldda bivied on summit & rapped east ledges in the morning...live in learn :)
