Just passing through on my way to Mt Guyot and Old Black.
Hiked up from Cosby. Little side trip up user trail to "summit".
Did the snake den mountain loop. stayed at Sugar Cove Campground. very nice backpacking trip.
Parked at Cosby and went up this, Snakeden Mtn. Old Black and Mt Guyot. Saw the airplane wreckage up on top.
Hiked the AT route, great weather in the upper 40s with lows just below freezing.
