Aneto!  Sucess!

Climbed Pyrinees highest peak with Heloise (FRA). Perfect weather. We use snowshoes all the way up to the summit.

Beautiful mountain and great people as well.

Route Climbed: Direct Route (300m, 5.10b) MALADETA ORIENTAL South Face Date Climbed: Aug. 2002  Sucess!

This is one of the best routes of the south face. It goes at 5.9 (V+) for most of the route but it has a short section of 5.10b (6b). Starting the route is also a bit tricky.

Route Climbed: Merlin Dihedral (250m, V+) MALADETA ORIENTAL South Face Date Climbed: Aug. 2002  Sucess!

This a fantastic route, getting to the dihedral is a bit chaothic. But the dihedral makes it worthwhile.

Route Climbed: Maladeta via Cresta de los Portillones Date Climbed: Summer 1995  Sucess!

A brilliant little rock ridge, very 'entertaining' for a young amateur and his mate.
