Keep up the good work!
thanks! i appreciate it. this is my first attempt to make a real contribution to the summitpost world. it's kind of intimidating...
I can understand that. I've been there, too. Look at other people's work and be creative.
It's great to see some additional information submitted for the Midwest.
Isn't there a mountain called Sugar Loaf.
yes there is; it's near marquette. i don't know much about it except that it is a very popular easy dayhike and also a popular camping spot. if you know anything more than that feel free to let me know and i will add it to the page. i am always looking for more information.
and thank you, by the way, for your kind words
You do an excellent job showing off what the Upper Peninsula has to offer. I've noticed no one has done a page on Mount Curwood.
thanks for your kind words! i do my best to show this place off...it is amazingly beautiful. i am not familiar with mt. curwood...where is it located? is it near arvon?
The map the L'Anse visitor center provided us shows Curwood being SW of of Arvon and looks like you can take a back road to it from Arvon.
We were driving along the shoreline over on the Baraga side of twon and noticed a couple bumps in the mountain range to the east. Is one of them Arvon?
