Mono Lake Visitor Center

Mono Lake May 26, 2013 Built in 1992 the Mono Basin National Forest Scenic Area Visitor Center is an excellent place to begin your visit to Mono Lake. There is ample parking, informational exhibits, requisite gift shop and a nice large patio overlooking the basin. We spent time inside particularly at the photo exhibits (getting ideas!).
