Loop with these 2 other mountains and good friends. Nice day!
Largely because the wood and wire was just sitting there. Fall day, nice weather, from Kuss.
Skinned up NE slopes and skied down East Face, then traversed over to the base of London for an ascent/ski of London. Road clear to about 11,100' before snowbank stops progress.
Started on Tweto, traversed over Treasurevault to Mosquito, ended on Kuss.
Nice hike with Senad and Duchess. Done little loop: Treasurevault, Mosquito, Kuss, and London.
Together with some others 13ers in the range, great comapany, great mountains, great scenery and great weather.
Hiked a loop starting on Mosquito Pass road. Peaks included Tweto, Arkansas, Treasurevault, and Mosquito.
Still lots of snow. Mosquito Pass Rd was snowed in from South London Mine turnoff. Did this with Treasurevault and Repeater.
Great holidays that I spent in the mountains. First day, I hiked Jacque Peak and Pennsylvania Mountain. It was very smoky that day, first glimpse on the fire season. View of Tenmiles are great. Second day I hiked Tweto, Mosquito, Treasurevault, Repeater, Evans B and London. Great and long trip.
Combined with Tweto, Treasurevault & Repeater
in my Mosquito range traverse (Started at Horseshoe Peak via Leavick)
with Brian, Jon, and Aaron (and Okie). I was incredibly slow, but got this plus Tweto, Treasurevault, and Repeater.
The nice thing about October is that only a few others were around in this otherwise usually very busy area.
London, Repeater, Mosquito, Treasurevault, Point 13 something and Tweto.
12/12/09 - Hiked London Mountain, "Repeater Peak", Mosquito Peak and Treasurevault Mountain on a cold and windy December day. Began near the London Mine.
3/15/15 - Started hiking at the winter closure near Paris Mill on the Kite Lake road. Lovelend -> Buckskin -> Tweto -> Treasurevault -> Mosquito -> Kuss -> London. Ended at Mosquito Pass winter closure (car shuttle). Oppressive March heat.
Traverse from Climax Mine to Mosquito Pass and down to a second car on the Leadville side. Fun day.
Wow, it sure felt like winter this day. The winds were cold, but amazingly we did not get snowed on. Autumn colors all around. This was the middle peak of the day. Partners: Deb & Eric.
This summit was combined with the Treasurevault climb, including many of my usual suspect companions. We practiced our ice ax skills on this trip.
Hiked with my son from Mt Tweto and over Treasurevault Mountain. Descended Mosquito peak via the SE ridge.
Dog and I. Fun trip, bit windy and cool, but did not see one person, the solitude was great!!
