Oh, man. Nice post. This peak goes on my list for a possible when I make it out west. (Looks like it'll be 2006.) There's a non-technical route to the summit, eh? I'll make sure I find a partner or a party to climb with who've done the trip.
Anyone ever climb the north face? In the early eighties, I started down the East Ridge and thought it too much of a slog and downclimbed the north face. It was kind of scary in a few places, but not too bad overall.
