Mount Kazbek's Summit

After waiting for two days at the met station for the person I was supposed to be climbing with to appear he ended up getting altitude sickness halfway to the summit and I ended up soloing the rest of the way anyway! Beautiful view from the summit. Nothing but a carpet of cloud below me.

Thank for for finding this photo! I won't be putting it in that album though! I'm sure there are thousands of summit photos on SP but putting them in the same album together is pure tedium to view and pretty uninspiring to me.

Pure tedium to view

Kind of like about 900 other albums on Summitpost. I'm not a big fan of albums that duplicate each other or that have nothing to do with climbing or hiking.
