Superior Snowshoe Objective
I had a great snowshoe trip up to the top on a 15 degree day and lightly falling snow. Started on the Superior Hiking Trail from Route 1. Had to virtually swim up the snowdrift near the summit.

Wish it were different
The summit was enjoyable in the moment, after a long hike there from a Superior Hiking Trailhead outside of Tettegouche Park... but this peak will always be bittersweet to me because my car was damaged and items were stolen from it by vandals while I was doing this overnight backpack.

Nov Superior Hiking Trail hike
Gray, dreary day. Was joined by my friends, Larry and Mark, and my two Goldens, Thor and Odin while hiking a section of the Superior Hiking Trail.
