Such a wonderful area to hike, Utah has a lot to offer.
The Ozarks in Arkansas also run E-W.
Another page full of good info. I intend to get both Gilbert and Kings mtn on the same trip when I can get around to doing them.

Looks like a pretty mellow area. I didn't realize that it was common to approach the Uintas from the north as well as the south. You had some pretty clear skies durring your trips.
