Very rugged indeed! I liked your long introduction to the range and the mountain itself. I can understand the R, but why Bledsoe? Any history?

Thanks for the vote. I thought someone would ask about hte Bledsoe name. I can't find any history on that name. It's just labeled as "Mount Bledsoe" on a map produced by pioneer Robert Ormes. Here's a link.

One minor detail in the route page:



Staying as close to the ridge crest. -> Stay as close to the ridge crest as possible. (?)
