I'm mainly here to say one must not have tried hard to find out where Beadnell may have come from. Two cousins came over from England, Dr Beadnell was the first Doctor north of Nanaimo on Vancouver Island, and his son, George David Beadnell, sold his land to the BC Government on Denman Island, on the condition it became a provincial Park, Fillongley Park. Dr Beadnell's daughter married into the Smith family, who were part of the prospecting team on Buttle Lake and also have many streets named after members in the valley.

ElevationGreat page but I think you mixed up meters and feet on the elevation (I believe it defaults to feet.)
