My Daughter and USGS Marker

It seems that the location of this marker is not well described on many sites. They have nicely redone the intersection where the plaque and such are. They moved the plaque across the street and there is a bench now with flowers. However about 100 feet to the left of the high point plaque as you are facing it towards the tower is a spot where the sidewalk has been paved around something; and that something is the USGS marker. :-)
