My Wildflower Photography
This album is a collection of all my flower, flora and wildflower pictures. Most of the photographs in this album were taken in Utah's Wasatch Mountain Range. However there are several pictures that were taken at Great Basin National Park in Nevada and at Yellowstone National Park in Wyoming. Every mountain in these areas has their own species of wildflowers. Typically the best time of year for catching the wildflower season in the Rocky Mountains is late June through August. The reds, pinks, purples, yellows, oranges, whites and blues transform the hills of the mountains into a colorful spectical that rivals the beauty of fall.
August is the month when the Wildflowers are in full bloom on Sugarloaf Peak August wildflowers in full bloom at Lake Catherine Wildflowers in full bloom on Box Elder Peak with Mount Timpanogos in the background
