Thanks Marc for your nice comments. Our traditional dress is always very comfortable while traveling/driving in such difficult roads. The road was unpaved at that time. From Skardu to my village it was 8 hours driving. Right side is River Shyok. This Jeep was not Land Rover but a small Suzuki 1000CC jeep.
