Nettle or deadnettle?

The leaves, some of which are visible in the background, look very much like those of the common nettle (Urtica dioica), but that has small, unimpressive flowers. But, judgeing by the leaves, I think it might still be some kind of nettle. On the other hand, deadnettles (genus Lamium) have similar leaves and more pronounced flowers. But I haven't found a deadnettle species where the flowers look like these. Growing in the Saastal, south of Saas Grund. 12 July 2014.
