North, into Waterton National Park
This shot is taken not far from the Goat Haunt Web Cam (disconnected during the winter), and looks north, into Waterton Lakes National Park. Our boat ride which began (and ended) the outing originates at the far end of Upper Waterton Lake, about eight miles distance. And if you miss the last launch of the day, it's an additional nine mile hike to the Waterton Townsite! Photo by Vernon, September 8, 2007.
