North Ridge of Jenny Peak

This is not the summit, but it is the crux of the route. Here, the climbing steepens to Class 4 and can be exposed. Once up top, you will see the true summit about a mile off (mostly, it's easy Class 2 hiking across slickrock to it), but you will also see signs forbidding all human traffic beyond them and have to make a decision. (It would have been nice for the Park Service to place signs near the road, huh?) At this point, one must make the decision whether to turn back or continue on with what would be an illegal climb.
