Hey Blake...NICE collection of Mt. Jackson photos !
I notice haze in your pictures - is there a
wildfire burning up there?
If you run your photos through a "photo editing" program, you could add some
contrast to get rid of the haze.
But then , some folks like to keep it natural. In any case, outstanding capture
and 'beta' information! !!

Re: Hey Blake...there are some fires burning in Canada.
I like the haze in the photos if it is not too bad.

so...you down climb a little, and traverse on the broad scree shelf at the base of the cliffs... do you climb back up the ridge via the long, diagonal gully that leads up and to the left (quite visible when enlarged)?

Re: so...It is difficult to see the correct route beyond the traverse across the shelf there. The route never reached the main ridge until right at the top. There are two areas that required some class 4 climbing between this point and the true summit ridge. One of those is just beyond this shelf.
