Oak Spider on St.John Wort

The Oak Spider (Aculepeira ceropegia) is common in Poland and it is easy to identify thanks to its unique marking in the form of an oak leaf. It can be found in the meadows near forests where it builds its webs on various plants. Females are larger than males. The Low Beskid - July 2008.
