Worth the effort
#1 11-15-15 Found the knoll as stated in the directions. The actual benchmark was embedded in a chunk of red-gray rock the size of a basketball in an open area at the north end of the summit. Lots of small trees along the summit expanse. Headed directly for Observation Point from there. Fabelhafte Wanderungspartnerin.

Spectacular!Totally blown away by my first visit to Zion. Arrived before sunrise and stayed for 4 hours. Hard to leave such a magnificent view.

Worth the ClimbEven though it was cold in the sunless portions of the canyon, the climb is well worth the switchbacks. Great view of the canyon!
