Is thata viper? With yellov spots on the neck it might be a grass snake, but it looks a little too thick for that too!

Re: Is thatTo answer you, Ejnar, I did a short web research and found it's definitely a viper - 'vipera berus', in common language black viper. It's poisenous, but attacks only exceptionally.
When I wanted to come closer, he moved his head below a leaf, after which I wanted to remove the plant with my pole, but the smart guy escaped under a dwarf-pine.
