Via ottimamanete attrezzata a spit (puro "plasir"), non è necessario integrare; alcune lunghezze sono lunghe sino a 50 mt.

Getting There

Dal rif. Crete Seche, seguendo il sentiero per il Mont Gelè sin sotto il bivacco Spataro, poi verso W su pietraia si punta all'evidente canale detritico che separa la Vierge dalla punta Charrey, in circa 45 minuti si giunge all'attacco.
Il versante ESE della Vierge de l'Aroletta è costituito da una serie di belle placconate di roccia solida, e su di esse sono state aperte diverse vie. La via "Oriana" attacca nella parte centrale della parete, appena al di sotto di un pronunciato canale-camino che separa la parete vera e propria da una placca del canale detritico che conduce allo spigolo E (spigolo Bozzetti) della punta Jean Charrey

From ref. Sèche Crete, following the path to the Mont Gele till under bivouac Spataro, then towards W on stony pointing the obvious detrital couloir separating from the tip Charrey Vierge, in about 45 minutes you reach the starting point.
The side of ESE Vierge de l'Aroletta consists of a series of fine placconate rock solid, and must have been opened several ways. The way "Oriana" attacks in the central part of the wall, just below a pronounced channel-fireplace wall that separates the real from a detrital bite of the channel that leads to the edge E (Bozzetti edge) of the tip Jean Charrey.

Route Description

La via segue una serie di belle placche più o meno appoggiate con andamento lineare sino al cengione detritico a metà parete; L1 difficoltà 5 ; L2 difficoltà 5 ; L3 difficoltà 5 ; L4 difficoltà 4+ ; L5 difficoltà 4 ; L6 difficoltà 3. Dal cengione altre 4 lunghezze conducono in punta ; L7 difficoltà 5 ; L8 difficoltà 5+ ; L9 difficoltà 4 ; L10 difficoltà 3 . Tutta la via è attrezzata a spit ogni 3/4 metri ed è praticamente impossibile sbagliare.
Discesa lungo la via con 10 calate, o per la cresta Nord al Col de l’Aroletta 2860 m con 5 doppie e poi a piedi per macereto.

The route follows a series of fine plates more or less supported by clear trend until mid cengione detrital wall; L1 difficulty 5; L2 difficulty 5; L3 difficulty 5; L4 difficulty 4 +; L5 difficulty 4; L6 difficulties 3. Cengione by another 4 lengths lead in points; L7 difficulty 5; L8 difficulty 5 +; L9 difficulty 4; L10 difficulties 3. The entire route is designed to spit every 3 / 4 meters and is practically impossible to go wrong.
Descent along the way with 10 decline, or to crest at North Col de l'Aroletta 2860 m with 5 doubles and then walk for Macereto.
