In addition to the plethora of finger slots you'd expect, the Warrior also has wonderfully clever (and cleverly sadistic) thumb catches to engage all of your grip. It's also curved, so you can work a greater range of wrist and forearm muscles. And of course, there's the Warrior's smooth texture, which not only cuts down on cheese grater hands, but also prompts you to develop contact strength - a nice tool to have in your quiver on friction and thin face climbs.

It pretty much has any handhold you can think of and even a few that you couldn't. Other boards that I have tried did not have the same variety of holds that you are likely to encounter on real rock. Though no finger board is perfect, this one comes close. After as many pull ups as I can do, I try to just hang for as long as possible from various points to cap my workout.
