Climbed on the way to Horseshoe from Sheridan. Like others before have said: it was in/along the way. Nice day.
along the ridge.
Climbed with Horseshoe and Sheridan. Snow above 12,500.
My hiking partner's real estate committments in the early afternoon meant we ran out of time to summit Horseshoe. Still, we enjoyed the views (but not the icy winds!) from the top of Peerless. Hiking partner: Deb.
Got it on the ridgewalk from Sheridan to Horseshoe.
This was my first climb of Peerless. We climbed Sheridan & Horseshoe also. I returned to this group again in 2001.
CMC hike. We summited Horseshoe first, then we headed on over to Peerless to do a little glissading. There were a few in the group that stayed down at the saddle. There's still a few good snowfields up there. Then we headed straight down into Fourmile Creek canyon and back to the cars.
of the day after Finnback Knob and Horseshoe. The Mosquito Range sucks!
Just a speed bump along the way to Horseshoe. :o)
From Sheridan to Horseshoe. 6 hours roundtrip.
Climbed this along with Sherman, Sheridan, Gemini, and Horseshoe. I agree with Ryan, just a bump on the ridge.
Seemed like merely a bump between Horeshoe and Sheridan...
Fun Easy combo with Horseshoe or any of the other peaks in the area.
Fun, easy ending to a combination day of Sherman, Gemini, Dyer and Peerless. Good views of all the surrounding peaks.
An easy summit accompanied with a fall snow storm!
