You just can't chimney with it on your back. It is also easier to climb without it. Ever free-soloed a 5.6 with a backpack?

No I am not on YouTube so there would be no point.

I am pretty sure you can get on YouTube. It is about soloing a 5.6 where I have doubts.

Perspective is so distorted in your clips that it's hard to understand what was going on.

So buy it and send me if you wish to see such videos. But, most likely, you just need to read "Live not by lies" for everything is pretty clear in current videos.

Those who use GoPro and alike cameras just want to show off their glory, fake the drama. Even 40deg slope looks like a vertical drop, especially if moving your head all around...

The picture is clear but the perspective destroyed. It’s obvious why so many “action adventurers” use those cameras.

Yes. Smart people like yourself never do this. Because they know the gravity law. Geniuses.

Sure, it's called logic. I don’t believe in magic, illusion and luck in the mountains and prefer to come back intact each time. :o But it seems like you cannot comprehend that.

You did believe that the steep slopes in my videos were optical illusion created by a lens. What school did you go to and what was your GPA?

Your powerful logic that helped you to make the sound decision not to free solo failed you on the exams?

How high is your modulus of knobularity (aka coefficient of prickishness)? As we all know it is at least high enough to guarantee failure in your desperate attempts to become a youtube whore. Just like an MD can prescribe statins for cholesterol reduction I am sure that a shrink could prescribe something to reduce it to a normal level.

Wow, I thought this would be a simple thread with useful advice on when to wear/not wear gloves. I see Mattski is back. Any simple topic thread that reaches 6 pages must mention Daria at least once.

If you look through all this garbage you can find my videos climbing a 5.4 and two 5.6 in gloves. (Gorilla grip, $5 in Walmart). I did not feel any hindrance whatsoever. It was only convenient since you do not need to chalk your hands.
