Garmin Tech Support Gets an A+

Just wanted to relay my experience today with Garmin tech support. Outstanding customer service and tech support experience! They were helpful, friendly, and resolved my problem within minutes. They answered the phone immediately and never placed me on hold. Garmin has NEVER charged me a cent for tech support and they speak perfect English....because they are in Kansas and not India. Anyway, just wanted to share my experience. Where other companies are outsourcing or provide crappy expensive tech support/customer service, Garmin continues to recognize that a happy customer is a repeat customer.
