Has anyone made the drive across Bairs Ck recently? Which directions did you use, and in what shape is the road?
Is it doable in a non-rented Prius? Thanks....

has made that drive a few times from the main road (not the mine) and the shape of the road doesn't change that drastically. i remember a few years back my friend and i made it within half hour of the TH in a Honda Accord. but i think we damaged the bummer and got a wheel stuck in a rut. it was right after crossing the creek.

The creek might be doable but the deep sand around the right turn a while afterwards (if I remember correctly) won't be. And if you care about your car, I wouldn't attempt either, but it might be fun to try.
