Mountain Equipment Co-op (Canadian), stretchy black softshell, two stocking caps in one pocket, food wrappers in other pocket.
Found it on high-water trail in south side of First Creek in Red Rock, Nevada, perhaps 2 miles up from parking, base of cliffs.
