Missing Yosemite hiker

by LincolnB » Tue Sep 01, 2015 3:14 pm

Yosemite National Park officials are asking for the public's help in locating a missing man.

Officials say James Michael Millet Jr., 39, planned a day hike to Upper Yosemite Fall on Tuesday, Aug. 11, and has not returned to his vehicle. He is described as being 5'9" tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes.

Anyone who was in the area of North Dome or Upper Yosemite Fall between Aug. 11 and Aug. 15, or who has information on Millet's whereabouts is asked to contact the Yosemite National Park Emergency Communications Center at (209) 379-1992.
