I have been keeping a blog over the past two years of my various trips and runs etc. I don't do anything epic or extreme but I enjoy getting out and about and trying to experience new things. I find that now I really enjoy the whole blogging thing and it has become something of a ritual for me to sit and write about whatever I have done that day/ week or whatever. I would appreciate any feedback or tips that you would care to give. I hope you enjoy at least some of my occasional ramblings,
