I am going to visit Nepal in march 2010 with my bro.
For trek my plan is like this.... flight from ktm to lukla - lukla to tenboche or pengboche - return to lukla - take down trek from lukla to jiri (if not possible then take flight lukla-ktm) ( i don't want to book return flight as i m not hv confirm schedule for d trek, thats y i choose to trek lukla - jiri )
also tell me , whether i hv to book return flight for lukla-ktm in advance or on spot if i need?
i not get enough info of lukla-jiri trek .
If u did it lukla-jiri or jiri-lukla , plz give me sm info...
how many days it takes ? did lukla- jiri take less days than jiri-lukla ?
is there any threat of maoist n all ?
did we need a guide or porter ?
r there sufficient lodges or teahouses inbetween this patch ?
did we need to carry food for this trek or we 'll get it along d way ?
