Hi anyone knows since when parking at Big Horn Trailhead is for day use only - no overnight parking allowed anymore ?
what is the situation at Pitkin , Booth Lake and Gore Creek Trailhead - the same ? that would shut me out of any overnight trips from this side of the gore range

As far as I know no overnight permits are being issued for Grand Teton National Park. So I guess that means if you have to spend the night in the back country you are illegal. Does anybody know if there are plans to start issuing permits? I will probably be there last week of August, first week of Sept. Spending a night up high opens up a lot more possibilities for me. Also, I wonder ...

In case you haven't heard, all state parks are closed in Illinois and Wisconsin due to the coronavirus pandemic. I'm sure it's the same for many of the other parks in the Midwest. Be sure to check the current status before you plan a trip to any of the parks in this area.
