Hey there all. New to the forums, long time in the mountain scene. Question for those who have tackled Gannett. I am looking to attempt a two day summit run and am focusing on being as light as possible. Looking for recommendations on approach shoes or if they are even necessary. Pretty sure my TRANGO EXT. EVO LIGHT GTX will hold up on 40+ round trip, but curious on what those who have done Gannett did.
cheers
