We are looking for a peak to climb at the end of November in Colorado. Looking for something not too snowy and not too
technical. I know it will be hard to find at this time.

Elbert, Quandary, Biestadt, La Plata, Yale, Grays/Torreys could all be reasonable choices. Right there's not very much snow in much of the state, but a lot can change between now and the end of November, so you'll just have to keep an eye on conditions. 14ers.com is usually a good resource for this.
