Finally got some time off this weekend and I've been wanting to summit Uncompahgre. Any idea if it will be snowy/icy? I'd like to be able to see the trail. Someone posted a trip report last week on the 14er website and it looked pretty good. Also, where is the trailhead on Nellie Creek road? I've heard the road is kind of a wreck so I'm more nervous about the drive.

Yeah I saw that, that's what I was referring to. Hopefully conditions have stayed about the same but I guess I'll find out!
