I was working on a new page on 16-17 October. It disappeared - the still under construction page and all associated images.

There was a cyber attack on the website the night of October 16-17. It sucks. SP has automatic backup, but if you are unlucky to post a brand new page between backups and during a cyber attack, unfortunately it won't be backed up. The chances of that happening are small, but it's still better to write pages in word and then pasting them in.

Of course, that doesn't help help with photos.

So sorry about that! As Scott said, SP was attacked and much of the site was deleted. We had to revert to a backup from basically the night of the 15th of October, which means that anything done on the 16th or early the 17th was lost :(

I was wondering about that, there was good trip report that vanished, and so did a forum comment that had a link to it. The TR author was a new user, I'm guessing he lost his login too.
