So, just a suggestion from a guy who has climbed Chair Peak 20+ times in winter.
    Stash the snow shoes at the Thumb Tack
    The technical 'crux', the 15' waterfall on pitch three, is actually vertical
    Forget nuts. Small tricams and pitons (KB/Buaboos, and small angles) are more useful.
    Watch the avalanche forecast, the valley is extremely prone.

You bet. As an avid weather watcher I would say this weekend might be iffy, conditions wise. President's Day WE typically enjoys a high pressure system for a few days and up to a couple of weeks.
