Nice looking moderate mixed route near Mt. Evans

The Road: WI3 M4. Fairly easy to reach. Seems like it should come in after big snow dumps in the fall.

I did not feel it was worth the walk and certainly not on par with the classics in RMNP as reported. However, there is ice on the buttress to the right, that may be sublimating, and there is ice in the Black Wall area for someone who really wants to hang it out... But it was a good exercise day in the valley with nice clouds before the storm, heavy snow late, and mountain lions (at least one) out and about.

Hey Mike, did you ever do any of the ice on the Black Wall? I've walked in there several times without finding anything climbable. You're one of those who is rumored to have done something up there!
