A practice and a question

I want a strong training program for every day that my body is stronger.
I want my legs and lungs will be strong and firm. And volume of the wrist and abdominal muscles strong to me.
I need a strong program daily.
I am also search and rescue team and must always be ready.
And a question: :oops: What effects on semen out of breath and energy and stamina touches? Time to time and semen should be removed? :oops: :oops: And whether the injury is related to height?
Please help me :idea: :?:

Courtenay from Body Results http://www.bodyresults.com/ is my personal trainer and I have found her to be excellent. I believe she offers custom training programs over the internet. Their web site is full of very good information on training for climbing. As for your semen question you may want to consult an urologist.
