What snake is this? Saw it on descent from Palisades.

Looks like a gopher snake.

Rosy's make great pets, I had one for almost 10 years. They're probably the most docile species of snake.

Sorry, but i just can't resist... Rosy's are great animals, but they are definitely no pets. They don't belong in a cage in someone's home.
