New George Mallory Movie

The link doesn't work. Do you know whether in the movie he succeeds in climbing Everest, or do they leave the question open? I always liked to think that he summited.

Saw the movie Friday night with a Q&A session following by Conrad Anker. It is very much a documentary with dramatized/re-enacted scenes that attempt to paint a picture of what Mallory was like.

To the person above asking if "he made it" in the movie... that's not the point of the movie so they didn't dwell on that question or answer. Indeed, when some rube in the audience asked the same thing, Mr Anker deflected, saying the point was more about his passion for climbing and the imagination and daring of trying something like this.
