If I saw this any earlier I'd be there!!

Well it was a good film. Well made. A good story about George Mallory and of Conrad's 2007 expedition retracing his steps. Definitely worth seeing in theaters for the cinematography.

Conrad is a super nice guy. He talked with everyone who had questions for him and gave out free posters with the topo map of Everest on the back thanks to North Face. Great to have access to such a good alpine climber.

I found the historical footage most interesting. I especially got a chuckle out of seeing Russell Brice's name appear in the credits. Guess he and his band of merry Sherpa's were responsible for the fixed lines that appeared in the film...

I think a free down-climb of the 2nd step would have made the Mallory argument more compelling but thats my 2 cents.
